1. What fabric do you use for the custom apparel?
We use high-quality fabrics, including 100% cotton, cotton blends, polyester, and performance fabrics such as moisture-wicking and breathable materials. If you have a specific fabric preference, just let us know!
2. How long will the print last & how do I take care of it?
Our prints are highly durable and long-lasting. To ensure longevity, we recommend washing your custom apparel inside out in cold water. Air drying is best, but you can tumble dry on low heat. With proper care, your prints will remain vibrant for years.
3. What is your production time?
Our standard production time is typically 3-5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. Rush orders can be accommodated, so let us know if you have a tight deadline!
4. What design format do you need?
We accept various design formats including PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, & PSD. For best results, please send high-resolution vectorized files with transparent backgrounds if possible.
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no minimum order quantity—whether you need one item or one hundred, we’re happy to accommodate your needs.
6. What is your delivery process?
We offer free delivery within the Ottawa/Gatineau area and ship across Canada. Shipping times vary depending on your location, and we provide tracking for all orders.
